Responsible gaming isn't just about following rules — it's a mindset. At f999 bat, we believe gaming is at its best when it stays a form of entertainment. The moment it becomes a habit or causes financial stress, that's when problems begin.
Responsible gaming comes down to three things: control, awareness, and limits. When you decide how long to play, how much to spend, and when to stop — that's what makes you a responsible player.
F999 bat approaches responsible gaming through three core principles:
Gaming is a form of entertainment. At f999 bat, whenever playing stops feeling enjoyable or starts causing stress — that's your signal to take a break.
F999 bat is more than just a gaming platform — we care about your long-term wellbeing and happiness. Here is our responsible gaming commitment:
All safety tools are available at no charge.
A strict age verification process is always active.
Staff trained in addiction awareness are ready to help.
We never encourage you to play more than you should.
We actively monitor player behavior — if any user's gaming patterns raise concern, our team will reach out directly to offer support. Because f999 bat wants you to keep enjoying the experience long-term, without any harm.
F999 bat gives you full control over your gaming experience through a range of powerful tools. They're completely free to use and can be activated at any time from your account settings.
You can set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Limits take effect immediately once set. To increase a limit, a 7-day waiting period applies — this is an intentional safeguard.
Set a maximum amount you're willing to lose within a given period. Once that limit is reached, the system will automatically stop your session.
Set a limit on how long you play in a single session. When the time is up, the system will notify you and can automatically log you out if you choose.
At set intervals (e.g., every 30 minutes), you'll receive a message showing how long you've been playing and how much you've won or lost.
If you feel you need a longer break, you can suspend your account for anywhere between 6 weeks and 5 years. During this period, you won't be able to access the platform.
All these tools are available under the "Safety Settings" section of your dashboard. For any assistance, chat with us via Live Chat.
